TBI accepts return within 30 days of order. The customer must contact TBI via email at email@example.com to receive a return authorization number. Covers are returnable only if the crate they were shipped in is unopened. Once the crate is opened the cover is no longer returnable. Return shipping is the be arranged and paid for by the customer. TBI will refund the customer the cost of the cover less a 10% restocking fee and less any original shipping costs paid once the crate is received by TBI in good condition. Any damage to the cover during return shipping will also be taken off of the refunded amount. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned cover.
